If the line sounds familiar it probably is... because it came from a wonderful movie about a young woman finding the answer to her burning questions about her past. We all know peeps in the service industry have their own lives, so they help the best they can when they hear our stories. The sweet little lady married 20+ years must have known what she was talking about. She said it isn't the sex that makes a marriage last. It is about the man's mind. "A peaceful mind says yes. A mind in confusion always says no." There were multiple morals of the movie, but in the end it was a portrayal of what the human mind does with things it doesn't know. It doesn't discard them. Instead it catalogs information in the back of the mind for future illumination. Every thought; vision; bit of information; and- in particular- every fear and emotion is banked somewhere in the human brain. This is why things like meditation and exploration are vital to ones health and happiness. Without meditation one will not take time to delve deep into the recesses and identify every emotion and thought. Without exploration one will be under-inspired, under-motivated, and stuck. One will never discover their capabilities and certainly can't find the answers to all those little bits of information. So if you feel under-achieving; confused; and stuck.... explore and find peace.

Unless the recesses of your mind are a place that can make you crazy, full of pain, and potential for harm if your current state is more stable than previous times in life… so many things come to my attention and that door is locked for a reason! Just my raw thoughts…
